With over a decade of experience and an unwavering eye for design, Rob leads HomeSweet with the belief that a home should feel as intentional as it looks. From site selection to the final reveal, every decision is made with purpose, elegance, and care.

His approach blends high-end design with heartfelt storytelling — because for Rob, a truly luxurious home is one that reflects the life lived inside it.

He manages contractor relationships, site schedules, and quality checks — but more than that, he brings heart to the build. As a father, mentor, and builder, his care for the craft shows in every home we deliver.

Director of Client Services & Purchasing

Autumn Carr oversees the critical details that keep each HomeSweet build running smoothly. From managing client selections and coordinating vendor orders to tracking budgets and timelines, she ensures every piece comes together behind the scenes. Her organization, follow-through, and communication keep projects on schedule and clients confident in the process from start to finish.

As founder of HomeSweet Home Development, Robert Carr IV leads the company with a focus on excellence, efficiency, and intentional design. He oversees every stage of construction and development — from land acquisition and planning to project execution and delivery. With a hands-on approach and a passion for building homes that reflect the lives within them, Robert brings structure, strategy, and vision to every build.
